We source hardware exclusively from verified enterprise channels, authorised distributors, OEM-certified refurbishers, and end-of-lease corporate returns from reputable organisations.

Stage 2

Inspection & Testing

Every inbound device is subjected to a comprehensive hardware inspection protocol. We test every major component and document the results before any further processing.

Hardware Tests

CPU, RAM, storage, GPU, display, keyboard, ports, battery, and thermal system.

Performance Tests

Benchmark scores, stress testing, thermal output, and sustained performance under load.

Refurbishing & Preparation

Stage 3

Refurbishing & Preparation

Devices requiring refurbishment undergo repair, component replacement, and restoration to enterprise-grade operating condition. Only OEM-compatible parts are used.

  • OEM-compatible parts only
  • Battery replacement if below 85% health
  • Thermal paste renewal and heatsink cleaning
  • Deep internal and external cleaning
  • Firmware and BIOS update to latest stable version
  • Physical housing repair where required

Data Wipe & Security

Stage 4

Data Wipe & Security

All storage media, SSDs, HDDs, NVMe drives, are wiped using software-based erasure tools before any device leaves our facility.

  • Multi-pass software data wipe

  • Physical shredding available on request
  • Full wipe documentation provided

QA Checks

Stage 5

Quality Assurance Checks

A second engineer independently validates the device against our QA checklist. No device passes QA without sign-off from a different technician who did not perform the initial inspection.

Pass

Device receives a QA pass certificate and moves to grading and packaging.

Fail

Device returns to Stage 3 for additional work or is marked for parts-only use.

Grading & Classification

Grade A Grade B Grade C
Stage 6

Grading & Classification

Each device is assigned a cosmetic grade based on visual condition after cleaning and refurbishment. Functional performance is always enterprise-grade, the grade reflects cosmetic appearance only.

  • Grade A Near-mint condition. Minor signs of use that are barely visible. Ideal for client-facing staff.
  • Grade B Light cosmetic marks visible on inspection. Fully functional. Suitable for office and back-office use.
  • Grade C Visible wear but fully functional. Ideal for labs, warehouses, or IT spare devices.
Stage 7

Packaging & Delivery

Devices are packaged in protective anti-static packaging with foam inserts. Serial numbers are logged against the order, and a device condition report is included in the box.

Stage 8

Warranty Activation

Warranty is activated upon delivery confirmation. Each device's serial number is registered against your account, and you receive a warranty certificate via email within 24 hours of delivery.
